QUALITY CONTROL
TECHNICAL FILES & CERTIFICATIONS
Each product of HED ENGINEERING is accompanied by a technical file, which includes in detail:
- Mechanical study.
- Construction plans.
- Conformity of construction based on standards.
- Description of endurance and stability tests.
- Study with finite elements.
- Wind pressure study for scales and maintenance platforms.
- Internal Audit.
- User Manual, which is delivered as a separate issue during receipt of the construction by the customer.
The products are certified by the certification EVETAM (MIRTEC) (https://www.mirtec.gr/) before being delivered to the customer in order to be guaranteed and certified the safety of the constructions.

HED ENGINEERING conducts training of proper use of the staff with the delivery of any aircraft maintenance supplies. Aim of the business is the safety of the staff who will use the scale / platform / tool. The company carries out semi-annual audits in order to ascertain the good condition and operation of its supplies. In case it becomes necessary, visits are accompanied by maintenance, repair or replacement of components.
